Io and I never went to any of the same schools, she was one of my customers at Bé Ù and i was working front of house that day. The next morning she followed one of my old accounts and i messaged her asking how she knew who I was. She told me I was one of the cool seniors that all the underclassmen know and that actually did make me feel really cool. Thank u io I’m so glad I got to meet u :)

Though I only knew Io for 4 w…

Though I only knew Io for 4 weeks, I’ll always remember how articulate and passionate she was in our class discussions, and how she always brightened the mood with spontaneous dance breaks. We promised to go on a tour of LA bookstores together on the last day of AYA.

There was a time when Io and I would sit next to each other during math class because she loved talking to me and I didn’t like speaking to people unless I was spoken to. She made me feel comfortable speaking out loud and interacting with the class. And when I found out that she has a moon named after her, and that being named after a beautiful women that was harassed by Zeus and turned into a cow; I knew that she was going to me my moon goddess forever. So now when ever I want to talk to her I just look at the moon. It may not be her moon but the presence is there ❤️. (Sorry for any punctuation or grammars 😭 Io would correct me )

2021
we talked about ourselves allot this night, we stayed up till 4am or so talking about our interests and our lives. i knew how much she was going through because we were at the same place. i wish i helped her more. i feel so guilty for being alive when she’s not knowing i got better and she didn’t.
