Ingrid was predeceased by her mother, father, and her daughter Patricia Manuel. She is survived by her son Earnest Barton and his wife Candie, John Manuel, and her grandchildren Matthew Winemiller, Ally Barton, Andrew Barton, Kelsi Justice, and Joshua Manuel. Services will be held from 3-5pm on 1/21/23 at Highview Memorial located at 3433 Fallston Road, Fallston, MD 21047.
