Mary Furnas

Inge was a delight to be around, always so kind and thoughtful. Whenever she would come over, she brought some kind of goodie to share with us. Her loving spirit will forever remain with us.

We have been friends and neighbors of the Rizzo family for 27 years. Inge or Oma as we referred to her will forever be missed! She knew I loved owls as well and would sneak next door on many occasions to gift me one of her owls! She would say I have too many now, you need to have this! We loved her as if she were part of our family. Our prayers are with the family during this season. Prayerfully we find comfort that she is with our Lord.

I remember the first time I met Inge in the late 80's - I was terrified of her. She was complaining about me in front of me! I was freaking out but Mike said it's fine. Some time later, I was working in a job and they were trying to not pay me my last check after they laid me off. Inge heard about it and marched up there, gave them a piece of her mind and got my check. I came to very much admire her transparency and directness.
