Ian became a friend through my representing him for the sale of and purchases of real estate. We often kidded each other as friends will do. I could never match his quick witted dry English humor. People will come into you life that just get you and remain faithful. That was Ian. Treasured, never forgotten. RIP Ian.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear this news. I work with Biscayne Engineering and have worked on Ian's various construction projects for probably close to 20 years. He was an incredibly kind and fair person, and had a great sense of humor. Everyone in our office is in total disbelief. Our thoughts are with his family in the difficult time, and we hope you find comfort in the many great memories with him. He will be missed.

Both my late wife Joyce and myself were very fond of Ian.  He came to our house many times
