This photo is really funny to…

This photo is really funny to me. I am blocked by Steve and Jacob but I am in it. You very rarely remember things about 1st Grade but one of the few things I remember was how goofy and loud Ian always was. I remember Mrs. Pierce moved me from my spot to replace someone in front of Ian who he talked with too much. I was supposed to help him “stay quiet”. That wasn’t really in Ian’s wheelhouse. He was always larger than life and the brightest person in the room. He was fin and playful. I remember many Wednesday nights spent at The Barr household for Wednesday night bible study and my older sister babysitting us kids. We weee trouble and Ian was always the ring leader. I will cherish the memories of his antics and always slowish for one more sly smile and funny joke. He was a wonderful person and a great friend. Sending my love to his family and to Gracie, whom I have never met, but if Ian loved you, you are special. ❤️
