Our family regrets to announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Huynh Thi Huong, at 12:24pm at the age of 94. She was surrounded by family at her residence at Macadam Court Nursing Home in Tukwila, WA.

Huong was born in Vinh Loi, Bac Lieu, Viet Nam where she spent her formative years. She emigrated to the United States in 1975. She enjoyed family time, chatting with friends, knitting, playing Bingo, and watching her favorite Chinese shows.

Huong is survived by her 6 children: Vien Nguyen, Vinh Nguyen, Hung (Peter) Trinh, Huynh Mai Nguyen, Huynh Dao Wardrop, and Huynh Nga Nguyen, and her 15 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held for family and close friends Wednesday, August 14th from 12pm-4pm at First Call Plus Funeral Home.
