Cecil was a very special man. Full of love, light, and enlightenment. We had so much fun. I have known him since I was 14. At Conclave, when we lived in Houston at the same time, and we visited each other throughout his life. God wanted to send special love to planet Earth, so he sent Cecil. I can't go into the many, many times, with all the joy we shared. Now that he is in his spiritual body, I expect great things in his nature to help clear up what is happening on our planet now. He will into infinity always have our shared unconditional love. I consider him one of the best blessings in this lifetime. I know he left his family and friends with the same special love we shared and taught us how to laugh and just give love. We send our love to the whole family, including Rayette, and know we are all better because he has passed this way. Infinite love and light, Donalie & Ted Murray
