Graduate of Allegany High School
Lived and worked in Baltimore (Fallston) Maryland for Bethlehem Steel
Moved to Indianapolis 2013 and wintered in Riverview, Florida
Hoye was a professional Musician for most of his life
Hoye is survived by his spouse: Dee Breedlove, Son: Troy Breedlove of Santa Maria, California and large family of Grand- and Great- Grand Children
