Howard (Bobby) Earl Randolph, 62, of Winston-Salem-NC passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at his home. Howard grew up in Mt, Airy, NC. He was a graduate of Mt. Airy Senior High School with honors and was chosen to receive the Who's Who Award along with an all-expense-paid trip to the White House because of academic excellence.
