Howard's obituary
On January 4th, 2023, Howard suddenly passed into God’s graces. A warrior throughout life, he was 65 years old. He is survived by many loving individuals, including Daughter Christine Phillips and son Ryan Phillips. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Ann Phillips, parents' father Howard Woodrow Phillips, Mother Rosie Wilson, and brother Cloyce Willis.
We are working on getting the celebration of life planned and will update our memorial website with that info as soon as we have it.
