Unfortunately Howard Norris Jr. is no longer with us due to recent Health issues and complications he leaves behind a Family of Girls and His Two special sons that he raised as his own and His Wonderful Wife for many years. His devotion to starting the Junior Hydrocephalus Foundation in Honor of one of his Daughters he never saw come to fruition yet his family assures us all they will see it through in honor of his life.
