Howard Marks, 79, died suddenly August 12, 2021 at the Health Park Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. Howard Marks was born on June 23, 1942 in Bellmore, New York. He lived in Levittown, Pa for forty years then moved to Cape Coral, Florida where he lived the last eight years and enjoyed fishing off the dock.
