Holly Joy (Haas) Wilson, 55, of Macon, Missouri and Mendon, Illinois passed away January 9, 2023 at the Ellie Fischel Cancer Center in Columbia, Missouri.

Mrs. Wilson was born on Christmas Day, 1967, in Auchmithie, Angus, Scotland to Olivia and Ronald Haas.

She attended Arbroath Academy in Arbroath, Angus, Scotland and continued her education at the Principia Consortium, Glasgow, Scotland; Universite Catholique de Lille; The Universita di Bologna, John Cabot University, Rome; and Creighton University, earning a Master of Arts Degree in Medieval Art and Literature.

She was an accomplished Cellist and Artist and enjoyed painting, music, and gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Russell, his children, Cynthia, Mary, Russell, and Sarah, and three granchildren.

Private services will be held in Macon, Missouri and Papillon, Nebraska.
