Holinda Lester, 59, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born with a gentle spirit and a heart devoted to nurturing others, Holinda lived a life rooted in kindness, generosity, and service.
Holinda spent many years building a respected career in the real estate field, where she was known for her dedication, professionalism, and sincere care for the people she worked with. Outside of work, she found joy in tending to her garden, cultivating beauty, peace, and life in every space she touched.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Holinda cherished her family above all else. She was the beloved wife of 20 years to Thomas Lester. She is survived by her children, Eric Lester, Amy, and Elysia, and was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren, each of whom brought immense happiness to her life.
Holinda also shared her home and heart with her two beloved dogs, Penny and Reese who were constant companions and sources of comfort. She held a deep love for people and had a remarkable gift for making anyone around her feel cared for, supported, and seen.
Holinda leaves behind a legacy of compassion, dedication, and unwavering love. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
