Hing Fong's obituary
He finished high school and started his career at Belgian Bank in 1971. It was there that he met his soulmate, Carmen Chan, and were married in 1976. Their only child, George Wai Ho, was born on 1979.
In March of 1989, Edmond and his brother Peter decided to migrate their families to Toronto, Canada to join Eva, their younger sister. A few years later, their older sister Selina migrated to Toronto to join them as well.
Later that same year, he started working for American Express, a place he called his career for almost 20 years until he retired in 2009. During his retirement, he spent his days doing the things he loved the most, he traveled, he sang, and because he was so well loved by his friends and family, his calendar was always full of activities! There was never a dull moment and he would always come home smiling.
He became a father-in-law in 2013 when George and Yuki were married, and became a grandfather on Valentine Day in 2018 when Jasper was born. Edmond loved Jasper dearly and would do anything Jasper wanted.
Edmond loved to travel, and likes to enjoy the sunshine, beaches and the sea. He especially loved going on cruises with his wife and family to different destinations, his favorite was definitely Japan.
Edmond loved to sing and perform; he was a good singer and his voice was adored by his friends and family.
Edmond, we all love you dearly, we will miss you, you will always in our hearts forever and ever.
