I didn’t know your mom, but somehow I feel like I did. I think it’s because of the love I have for you, and how deeply I’ve felt the love you have for her, and the love she had for you in return. 

To live such a long life is truly a blessing, and I’m sure she was filled with so much life, just like you, Kimmy.  Even without knowing her personally, I can tell she did an incredible job raising you.

Watching you be such a persistent person and how you always push through has inspired me in many ways. Even on my lowest and hardest days, I think of you and your strength, and it encourages me to keep going & push for my dreams. 

From everything I’ve come to understand, that light in you is a reflection of her.

May she rest in peace. I love you, Kimmy, and I’m here for you always! Whether near or far, always in my prayers.
