Herman Peshlakai Jr., 58, of Bloomfield, NM passed away peacefully at home on January 05, 2023, surrounded by his family and loved ones. 

Herman grew up in Farmington, NM. He worked at Lowes for 18 years and also worked at Earnhardts RV in Mesa, AZ. He enjoyed and looked forward to camping, fishing, and exploring different places  with his grandchildren. 

He enjoyed life and meeting new people while appreciating his friends and family. He was always the first to help anyone in need. Herman will be dearly missed and always remembered.

 Herman was preceded in death by his father, Herman Peshlakai Sr., Brothers, Raymond Paul Peshlakai, Thurman Andre Peshlakai, Sister, Kandace Lynn Etsitty.

He is survived by his mother Ethel A. Peshlakai, Stepmother Mary L. Peshlakai, his wife of 31 yrs Debra Peshlakai, His son Andrew Peshlakai (Louise), Daughter Brianna Peshlakai, Grandsons, Isaiah D, Isaac B, and Ezekiel K. Brothers, Raynard Etsitty of Walthill, NE, Stanford Etsitty (Carmelita) of Redrock, NM, Micheal Peshlakai (Geri) of Sioux Falls. SD, Sisters, Lorensita Merrick (Andy) of Walthill, NE, Effie Jaquez (Mark) of Aztec, NM, Beatrice Peshlakai (Jon) of Farmington, NM, Sister-in-law, Dana Morgan (Matt) of Aztec,NM, Brother-in-law, Kenneth Mills Jr. (Season) of Aztec, NM, Mother-in-law, Becky Gutierrez of Aztec, NM. As well as many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, who dearly loved him.

 Herman requested a celebration of life to be held in his honor,  as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Herman’s loved one’s to join us in celebrating his beautiful life at St. Joseph Parish Hall (500 N. Mesa Verde Ave, Aztec, NM) on Febuary 18, 2023 at 11am. .Buriel will take place on Febuary 20, 2023 at Memory Gardens Cemetery (6917 E. Main St, Farmington,NM) at 3pm.
