Herman graduated from Indian Land High School in 1965. He graduated Clemson University in 1969. He retired from the National Air Guard as a Lt. Colonel and was later hired by American. Airlines as a pilot. He and wife Brenda’s residence was on Lake Norman in Denver, NC. Herman loved driving his red corvette and reading murder mysteries. He was a good friend to many.
