Happy heavenly birthday to my dear friend Herbie-san. Oh, how I miss the conversations and laughter and your friendship so very much. Sending love and hugs to you always. ~Angel Lynn

Herb was the greatest friend ever. Herb was funny, factual, driven, kind, thoughtful, caring, sharing and inviting YOU into his world of both highly technical and highly artistic with his German camera..a Leica..he took the best pics of my dog, a rare blue Afghan from a very famous PEDIGREE. How amazing this man-angel now to take his time, effort, energy and make me beyond happy as a girl and her dog are inseparable. I'm now getting involved in a wolf sanctuary to hopefully adopt a hybrid that nobody wants or has been SEVERELY abused as I'm a healer
Herb could see right through me and captured my soul..I run with wolves and I believe Herb was a wolf too, so highly evolved for his species and protected those he loved or worshiped. He loved his family often talked about sister Sheila and his many gal pals like Rusty..I found a story recently he sent me about a man who moved to the north country and began loving this pristine cold tundra immediately. Yet, by the 6 months of living in an all white, freezing environment, he had lost it and the last sentence of the story, he's in an insane asylum with his little white pills he takes religiously.
Dark humor..that was Herb and he STILL KEEPS ME LAUGHING HILARIOUSLY, from the universe as I just found this very funny story he sent me long ago; and yes, I will keep it forever.
That IS Herb.. no WAS here SORRY..Herb is IMMORTAL..HE DID THIS..NO RIP for Herb, he's having the best time ever WHEREVER HAPPILY EVER AFTER IS AT THE MOMENT!!

Great guy..he even gave me a story for book I'm writing about our lives in errorspace.

My deepest sympathies to your family regarding the loss of your brother Herb. I got to be a platonic friend with Herb a very long time ago in Claremont CA area for a few years and I remember how funny, intelligent, creative and kind he was. We would meet for lunch and coffee and chat about my interest in biochemistry, metaphysics and art. I remember that he took me to see a really cool art exhibit of paintings by Helena Bravatsky was a famous spiritualist from the 1900s. Herb was super talented, a musician I think he played at the Black Watch Pub was a wedding photographer and he kindly took a portrait of me that I gave to my parents. I lost touch with Herbe after he moved to Texas and so I just came across this very sad news. I was actually hoping to see how he was doing and came across this sad news.

I’m so sorry to hear oh Herbs passing. I have very fond memories of him growing up. It’s been a long time since we last spoke when he was in Texas. So wish we cousins could of done a reunion. So much of his life as an adult I know nothing about, but would love to know. To Bobbie, sheila and Charlotte, my deepest sympathie. Praise the Lord this is not the end for we will rejoice together someday in heaven and never say goodbye again. Now Herb is enjoying time with your mom and dad and all our family. In my prayers hugs to each of you . Psalm 23 Love Danny
