Herbert Frazier, Jr. was born on November 28, 1947, to the union of the late Ethel Davis and Herbert Frazier, Sr., and was the stepson of the late Beatrice Frazier. He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Greater Evergreen Baptist Church, where he faithfully served as a deacon for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Leana Frazier Barnes (Allen), Gloria Jean Martin and Joanne Frazier; and his brother, Michael Frazier.

Herbert leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Justina Frazier; his son, Nicholas Wells-Frazier; his daughter, Trivia Frazier-Wiltz (Anthony); his siblings, Shirley Fletcher (Harold), Sherman Frazier (Rose), and Leroy McDaniel; and his grandsons, Anthony Wiltz III, Brice Wiltz, and Clay Wiltz. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.

On Wednesday, November 13th, at 8:25 a.m., Herbert Frazier, Jr. transitioned peacefully to be with the Lord, surrounded by his loved ones.

Family, friends, employees of General Electric, and employees of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel are invited to celebrate his life at a memorial service on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Greater Evergreen Baptist Church, 2243 Clouet Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70127. Interment will follow at the church.
