Herbert Raphael Chavarria Sr. (81) passed away on 2/9/2020 in New Brunswick, New Jersey due to advanced prostate cancer complications. "Herb" was born in Managua, Nicaragua on 12/24/1938. He is survived by his sister Margo, his son Herbert R. Chavarria Jr., his daughter Ivette Loftus, and his Grandchildren Johnathan, Rachel, Jaclyn, Johnny, Sebastian and Sofia, and was predeceased by his ex-wife Migdalia Chavarria. Any omission of any additional relatives is made so for their privacy.
Unfortunately, Herb's second ex-wife Arlene and Son Christopher have produced forged documents to Judge Arthur Bergman of the Middlesex County NJ's appellate Courthouse and with the Judge even admitting they violated federal law, he denied any funeral service for my father Herbert Chavarria Sr. And denying his sister's and aunts who came to the US for this, and though we fought hard legal case he was immediately cremated against his wishes on 3/5/2020 as his wife put "right on your birthday." My birthday Herbert R. Chavarria jr. A memorial service will be announced shortly, no tears or sad stories, just Good Food, Good Laughs and alot of funny stories about Herb
