We regret to announce the passing of Henry A. Kouts, 33, of Georgetown, on Novemeber 23, 2021 Henry passed away, unexpectedly. Henry was predeceased in death by his mother Phyliss. He is survived by his daughter Miaa, son Henry Jr. and estranged daughter Ashten. No services planned.
