CENTER BARNSTEAD- Mr. Henry C. Gerlack, 87, of Center Barnstead, passed away suddenly at home on December 17, 2022.

Born in Williamsville, VT, Henry was the son of the late Henry A. and Dorinda I. (Come) Gerlack. He was a resident of Barnstead for 67 years.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a logger for many years and later for the New Hampshire DOT.

Henry was an avid Red Sox fan and always relished watching a game whenever he could. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and woodworking in his workshop.

He was predeceased by his son-in-law, Kevin Joy and his siblings: Shirley, Alfred, Cecilia, Billy and Clarence.

Henry is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Lorraine B. (Berry) Gerlack and his children: Arthur Gerlack and his wife Tina of Franklin, Barbara Joy of Pittsfield and Albert Mitchell of Center Barnstead. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. A Graveside Service will be held in the Spring at Riverview Cemetery in Barnstead. Assisting the family with arrangements is The Roan Family Funeral Home – Still Oaks Chapel of Epsom.
