Helen "Squeak" Stewart, beloved grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025. Born on May 21, 1943, Helen, known to many as Squeak, lived a life filled with life. As an accomplished educator, spiritual advisor, and multilingual being, Helen traveled the world spreading love, laughter, and light

Helen brought immense joy to those who knew her, lighting up every room she entered with her infectious laughter and unwavering spirit. She had endured so much in her skin, and pushed through many barriers that were held up for not only women, but people of color.  A testament to her vibrant individuality and strong will.

She leaves behind her granddaughter, Sade Cain, Lawrence Hampton , along with countless  relatives and friends who were fortunate enough to know her. Helen’s unique spirit and energy will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to inspire and bring smiles to all who knew her.
