Helen Elizabeth Shaw-Stabler, fondly known as Liz, transitioned to heavenly places on November 11, 2025. Born on November 28, 1943, Liz's vibrant life was a beacon of joy and inspiration to those acquainted with her. A compassionate woman, Liz was a cherished member of her family and community and will be deeply missed.
Liz is survived by her beloved companion Cecil Gray, her cherished daughter, Abeni Whitfield, son-in-law Antoine Whitfield, brother Albert MacArthur(Pete) Shaw and sons Phillip and Aaron Shaw, and a host of nephews and nieces.
A life that leaves such a profound impact never truly ends, but continues to inspire and guide us. Liz's memory will forever remain in our hearts.
