Hector B. Morrobel-Pratt, 50, of Riverview, Florida died unexpectedly on November 7, 2021, from Cardiac Arrest. His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Hector was born on March 23, 1971 to Nelsy Melania Pratt-Rodriguez and Hector Francisco Morrobel-Bravo in Puerto Plata, Republica Dominicana. Hector attended Pedro Alejandrino Peña.
