I first met Heather at a David Nelson Trio show in Ft Bragg in late 2002. She had such a warm and open friendly vibe and struck me as someone that was beautiful on the inside and outside. That impression never changed. I would see her thru the years at different music events and we both happened to be in Hawaii at the same time one year and got to hang out a little on Kauai. She had a big spirit, full of life, was fun loving and shared a love for hiking, which whenever I ran into her we talked about one day connecting for. I'm sorry that never happened. Even though we lived far away and I hardly ever got to see her, I could see and feel her light and kept her in my heart. I miss her. I love you Heather!
