We mournfully announce the passing of Heather Lee, a treasured mother and kind soul, who left us on May 28, 2024. Born on April 5, 1967, Heather lived a life characterized by warmth, wit, and an unfading love for her family and friends. Her infectious laughter and caring nature will dearly be missed but will never be forgotten.

Heather's love story with Andrew Lee began in her alma mater, Indiana University Bloomington, from where she proudly graduated in 1991. The couple got married the subsequent year, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey filled with shared memories, laughter, and love. Unfortunately, Andrew predeceased Heather, leaving behind memories they had built together.

The couple's joy was multiplied on August 4, 1996, with the birth of Jessica, their beloved daughter. Jessica survives Heather, embodying her mother's unwavering strength, wit, and kindness.

Heather was as unique in her preferences as she was in her loving spirit. She had a soft spot for zesty drinks and unsweetened iced tea. Her music choice reflected her free spirit, often seen humming to tunes of Dave Matthew’s Band. She loved cheering on the Eagles and the Dolphins, her favorite sports teams. In her leisure, she found joy in solving crosswords and playing farming games on her iPad.

Foremost, Heather will be remembered for her caring and witty personality. Her legacy will be the kindness that she displayed at every turn. Her ability to light up a room with her humor and compassion was truly remarkable. As we grieve the loss of Heather, let us remember and strive to emulate her kindness.

May her soul find eternal peace and her beautiful memory continue to live in our hearts.
