Harvey Lee Hughes Jr. Age 74, of Ventura, California, went to be with God and his family in Heaven on Thursday, November 26. Harvey was born in Corning, New York but spent most of his life in Ventura. He joined the Air Force at age 17 and served his country honorably for four years. Harvey worked in air conditioning and heating until he retired. He was well known among his colleagues as one of the best in his trade. He loved spending time with his family and friends, even driving long distances to see them. He was the best listener and advice giver and someone you could always count on. He loved Sunday breakfast and spent many Sunday's at his daughter's house enjoying being (spoiled) as he called it.

Harvey is survived by his son Chris, his step-son Shawn, his daughter Lisa and her husband Cesar. He is also survived by his grandsons Andrew and Matthew, his sister Ruby and his Aunt Edith and many nieces and nephew.
