In Loving Memory of Harvetta D. Jones

Harvetta Jones, born in Brooklyn, New York on February 2, 1952, to the late Adv. Presiding Elder Harvey Jones and Mother Louise Jones of Mt. Vernon, New York. She peacefully departed from this world on September 1, 2023. She was a beloved sister to Harvey Jones, Jr. (deceased), Mother Ora L. Holmes (deceased), and Emanuel Jones.

Harvetta's unwavering faith and dedication led her to be a lifelong member of The Supreme Council of the House of Jacob and she worshipped in Atlanta, GA. Her commitment to her faith was an inspiration to all who knew her.

Harvetta's heart was filled with love for her family, and she was especially devoted to her nieces and nephews, with a special bond shared with nephew Sherrod Jones, lifelong friend, Leona Steward and host of relatives and friends.

Her presence, warmth, and love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we say goodbye to Harvetta, may her memory be a source of comfort and strength during this difficult time.
