I am grieved to hear of Harry's passing. He and my daughter, Sharon Appelbaum Hoffmann, dated for years. He was virtually a member of our family, and we loved him and his family. He was smart and had a great sense of humor.  We treated him ocasionally to a meal at  a Japanese steak house. When Sharon moved to Washington DC, after college, he drove with her. Coincidence: his uncle and aunt, Neil and Elaine Singer, are now my neighbors at Brookdale Overland Park
So very sorry for your loss.  Harry was someone you never forgot.  I am so honored to have met him and being able to call him a friend.  I will never forget the first time I met with him to do business and thinking "who is this guy", little did I know, this guy is "Harry."  A caring kind man who wanted to help everyone in some way.  The first home he bought  from me he pushed me hard and I pushed back, then he tells me a few days later he used me in his seminars.  He asked me, do know who I am, I didn't, but soon learned!  I will forever remember our "cone in the road" discussion and felt it fitting to send him flowers in a cone and bring some cones  to his beautiful Celebration of Life today. Moving forward was fun, with some interesting stories on properties he bought and sold.  It was a pleasure to meet his son and many of his family members.  My prayers to all of you.  Paige your stories were so hard to hear and Harry was so lucky to have you until the very end.  Along with all of his family.  Harry, RIP.  222
