Harry Franklin is survived by daughter Linda Cambon residing in Gardnerville Nevada, daughter Janet DeLaTorre residing in Rancho Cucamonga California, 2 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren residing in Ontario California.
Dads life’s history was law enforcement and protection.
Born on the 15th of the month, number 15 became Dads “number.”
Police Officer for 20 years, Badge #15 on the East Cleveland, Police Department in Ohio and Badge #15 on the Ontario Police Department, Ontario, California.
‘THE COP AT THE TROP”.....Tropicana Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada. Security and protection for many headliners; Pearl Bailey, Mitzi Gaynor, Osmond Brothers, Phyllis Diller, Red Skelton, Ann Margaret....
Worked with Secret Service detail for President Gerald Ford and President Ronald Reagan out of Palm Springs, California.
Security Officer for Bentley’s of Nevada, Minden Nevada.
Final resting place for Dad will be in our hearts and at Eastside Memorial Park, Minden Nevada. Plot #15, but of course.
