Harry Epstein, 81, formerly of Iowa City, died Nov. 18, 2020, at the Good Samaritan Society in Davenport, Iowa. His health deteriorated following a stroke in 2012, and he recently had contracted COVID-19. A memorial celebration may be held at a later date.
