He was always in and out of City Hospital, but seemed as healthy as ever. He was forever full of shit, forever charming, forever looking to make a buck - especially off the lottery - forever laughing and thinking he was so fucking funny, forever enjoying and exploiting for all it was worth being old, ready to proclaim as a badge of honor that he was   a "senior citizen" while his bumper told everyone in traffick that he was "retired and loving it." He was forever quoting 1970s TV, "let bygones be bygones," and by me, my wife Doreen, and pretty much everyone who knew him from "Squirrel Alley" in the Common, forever missed.

I spoke to him around midnight - of course in an argument because he was as cheap as he was generous - and he was gone that morning before we talked again. The world is a lesser place without him, the first time in my 62 years on earth that I've ever thought that about anyone. I wish he and his fake British accent would still pick up if I called.

I met Harry about 2 years ago.  He was a very kind heated and friendly guy.   We later became very good friends and he was like a brother to me.  I was just hanging out with him the day before his passing we took a ride to get some food and scratch tickets that we bonded over.  I was devastated to hear of his passing.  May he REST IN ETERNAL PEACE.
