I was Brads neighbor for over 20years at the Wellington, I can’t put into words my sadness for his passing. Brad helped me more times I can count on ten hands , with finding help for my home. And best of all was just talking. My condolences to Brads family and friends , I think of him when I ever see his home on Cornwallis Dr. Two doors down. I just found out about his passing 9/2/23.

...my little cute cousin I remember 'pouncing' around with my brother when young....
