I have worked with Haren on multiple projects in Chula Vista and always enjoyed his willingness to share his knowledge. Condolences to the friends and family.
I still remember my very first meeting with Haren in 2016 at Chula Vista Office. I have rarely seen such knowledgeable person in my career. Through I didn't work much with him, got some opportunities to discuss about my projects with him and got his suggestions. I will never forget his $5 story about work quality and how to handle push from management. I also remember my last meeting with Haren in 2022 , never knew that it was going to be our last meeting.
Haren was really a Seth (In Hindi, Seth means Rich Guy) in knowledge and in personal friendly dealing with anyone of any age group.
I met Him first in Chula Vista in 2015 at UTC office and He was very considerate towards me. He shared some of His life career experiences with me which I still remember. He was really an inspiration in my career domain to always look upto and benchmark.
I Pray to 'Lord Krishna !' whom people of His home state fondly adore to give His Soul the solace and a better next destination in His eternal journey towards Him ✨️ ❤️
I will miss Haren. I worked with him for years (decades) and always valued his guidance. He was always willing to share his knowledge and give advice. I will always remember the evenings when we enjoyed pints of red roost and an order of jalapeno poppers at the dock side deli in Chula Vista.
He was always proud of his wife and sons and missed them while they were in India and he was in the US.
