The paddle-out is a spiritual symbol of surf culture, a traditional Hawaiian tribute to the life and legacy of people who passed away. Paddlers carry flowers and Hawaiian leis on top of their boards to place in the ocean.
People can paddle or gather on the Pier, weather and ocean conditions permitting.
Live Stream will be an overview of the event and will NOT contain audio.
