Personal note from Shane
Obituary
Gwendolyn Cawthon passed away Christmas Day 2021. She had ovarian cancer removed in November, contracted an infection from the procedure weeks later and her body was too weak for treatment and recovery. She passed away in Kingman Arizona with family and friends present in loving support to her last breath.

No memorial events are planned
Unfortunately, we do not have the means to host a funeral and with family and friends spread out it would be too costly for everyone to travel. However, we are having an informal gathering on March 19th in Oregon. We will be meeting at a restaurant in Salem she enjoyed and then going back to our home in Silverton for dessert and the slide show. If you do care to travel you are welcome to be a part of it. If not we will be uploading a link to her slideshow for everyone to enjoy.
If you wish to send flowers you are more than welcome to. If you'd like to donate to the meal that would be nicely received as well. Otherwise just a happy thought that day would be most excellent.
