Guillermo "Guillo" Penalbert, 62, of Hadley, MA, passed away on November 23, 2022 after a battle with aspirating pnuemonia.

Guillermo was born on June 8,1960 to Romona Martinez and Theodoro Martinez- Penalbert in Puerto Rico.  In 1986, he met Carmen Rivera, and a few years later they went on to have 2 children , Guillermo Penalbert Jr and Tatiana Penalbert.


Guillermo was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world.  Anyone who knew Guillermo knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Guillermo was predeceased by his mother Romona, his father Theodoro, his sister Carmen, his sister Lucy and his niece Carmen a.k.a (Milly). He is survived by his wife Carmen, his son Guillermo Jr, his daughter Tatiana, his grandson Bryce, his three brothers Sam, Jorge, Edgardo, his sister Brenda and many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.  The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Puerta Del Cielo Funeral Home, 730 State St. Springfield Ma. There will be a [funeral service/memorial/celebration of life] at Puerta Del Cielo Funeral Home, 730 State St. Springfield MA on Wednesday December 7,2022 at 9a.m. til 11a.m. with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Springfield, MA to follow.
