Gregory was born November 20, 1957, in Washington DC , to Joseph and Madelyn (Lusk) Smith .

He enjoyed football and playing fantasy football . He enjoyed watching movies and making up fun movie games with his family.

He is survived by his children Jennifer (Smith) , Christopher (Smith) , Tracy (Cole), Sarah (Kirkland) his brother Michael and sister Priscilla ; several nieces and nephews; and his four grandchildren Jordyn, Alyssa, Sammy and Arya.

The family will be celebrating his life on January 11th at 1 PM
