Providence Presbyterian Church, North Carolina 210, Angier, NC, USA
We met Greg when we first started attending Providence Presbyterian Church. We took a 15 week new members class together on Sunday mornings prior to Sunday service. A true gentleman, Greg was always eager to talk and was an excellent listener when others shared conversation or opinions. Greg was a devout Christian and will be missed.
I was so sorry to hear about Gregory's passing. I always admired Gregg and his wonderful spirit. Gregg was a sales rep for my company for many years. I always looked forward to seeing Gregg and he never failed to deliver a Donald Duck impersonation upon command and of course always had a new joke ready to bring a laugh and smile to all those around him. It didn’t take too much to coax him into a performance. Gregg was full of life and always exemplified such a kind and loving spirit toward others. He often brought treats and delicious surprises to share with everyone at the Gift and Home Markets. You could always count on Gregg and he was a true man of his word. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. See you on the other side, my good friend Gregg. Well done thy good and faithful servant.
My condolences to the Kornegay family. I worked with Gregg for many years when he was a sales rep for Sterling. We shared many fun times in the showroom and he was always quick with a joke and a big smile. I always looked forward to seeing him in High Point because he would arrive bearing my favorite blackberry cobbler. He was such a great cook! We had many discussions about how good our God is. He truly had the heart of a servant. I know without hesitation he is in heaven with his beloved mom, keeping everybody in stitches with his silly jokes. Heaven has gained a sweet soul that day. I haven’t seen him in many years, but I always ask mutual friends about him. He will continue to be missed.
