Grant's obituary
Grant Edward Leasure, 27, of Miami, FL passed away on November 7, 2022. His family is shocked and deeply saddened by his loss.
Grant was born on April 05, 1995 to Amy and Edward Leasure in Cocoa Beach, Florida. After graduating from high school in 2013, Grant pursued higher education at Marymount Loyola College in Palos Verdes, CA and at a state college in Boca Raton, where he studied business. Grant spent several years dedicated to his recovery at New Life House in Los Angeles, where he made many friends and was deeply involved in volunteer work. He especially enjoyed volunteering and collecting toys for a children's charity. Grant was very industrious and worked a number of jobs in his life. He recently started working as a mortgage broker for Network Capital in Miami and earned a generous commission his first week on the job! In his spare time he loved fishing, spending time in and on the water and being with his many friends. Grant had a soft spot for animals and really loved the many dogs in his life, including Pommy, Jecko, Pepper, and Panda. He was a sensitive, extremely caring, bright and kind soul with a huge heart. He was never quick to judge and was always true to himself. Anyone who knew Grant knows that his special energy would light up a room. He radiated positivity and was a joy to be around. His family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
