Gracie's obituary

[fictional from the popular game “Poppy Playtime”]

Gracie Green was a Playtime Co. employee who worked as the lead counselor in the Wellness & Integration sector, until her passing in 2005.

While Gracie was usually seen being jovial and bubbly, this was a façade to shield her true purpose of brainwashing children before and after surgery to accept their new bodies as toys, including stripping away their identity as human beings so their toy personas could be implemented. She was deeply manipulative, gaslighting children into forced therapy sessions with Chum Chompkins despite their evident fear, and her controlling nature would crack if pushed enough.

She would try to convince children that being turned into a toy was ideal and much more preferable than having a flesh and blood body. She would also exhibit frustration and become irritated when children or toys would misbehave, actually arguing with someone off camera before returning to her usual bubbly self. She would show no empathy for her wards, sadistically encouraging Bigger Bodies (like Huggy) to do the dirty work of disposing of failed experiments, through the use of baby talk ("bad toy box").

Her forced cheer and incessant badgering would lead to experiments becoming violent”.

Gracie's gentle animated world is a ploy to confuse, erase human personality, and permanently infantilize the experiments.

When confronted during The Hour of Joy, Gracie was terrified and defended herself by saying she was merely trying to help the children better acclimate to being converted into toys.

While Gracie eventually was subjected to the same torture methods, she resisted the treatment for over 100 days being an adult, but finally, under the eye of The Prototype, she snapped completely, becoming her toy counterpart
