On Sunday January 25, Gracie was brutally attacked by a larger dog that left her with leaving her with over four punters, dead tissues, and she became septic due to the loss of her organs and the trauma done to her little body. She was only four
Years old. She was the best companion I have ever had. She came everywhere with me. She loved life. We dearly miss her
After contacting the owners, who did not bother to check on us nor our children, they refused to help with bills as much as we want to go to small claims court, we are feeling that this would cause tension as they live on our street.
We are asking our community of friends to help with the expenses. As trying to save her put us in over our heads.
We would also like for our girls to have necklaces with ashes as well as myself
Gracie was also an emotional support dog that helped many therapy patients of mine. She felt their pain and gave them comfort.
We are choosing to not do a legal battle as we feel it’s too much tension as neighbors.
