Gracie's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gracie Bordueax, a cherished mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister, who left us on February 8, 2023. Born on March 2, 1936, Gracie's tender spirit and unending love for her family will remain a beacon of light for all who knew her.

Gracie is survived by her loving children, Kimberly Bordueax and Samuel Bordueax Jr. Her memory will be forever cherished by her treasured grandchildren, Emily Moore, Benjamin Bordueax, Josh Bordueax, Devante Sr. Jones, Latoya Jones, Latonya Jones, LaRhonda Burks, Amanda Dillard, Yola Jones, Maya Bordueax, Darius Bordueax, Chance McDowell, Deunte Jones, and Raheem Bordueax.

Gracie's caring legacy will also be upheld by her loving sons-in-law, John Varga and Jerry Hall, as well as her devoted nephews, Larry Jenkins Jr. and Daniel Jenkins Jr. Her life was enriched by the companionship of her sister, Ruthie Jenkins, who now mourns her loss.

Gracie was not only a loving family matriarch, but she was also a woman of great kindness who deeply cared for those around her. This kindness was not only reserved for her family, but it was a guiding principle in her life. To Gracie, family was not defined by mere blood relation, but by the bonds of love and care.

We honor Gracie's life by remembering her unending love, her kindness, and her unwavering care for her family. In Gracie's memory, may we all continue to express the same depth of love and care for one another.
