Grace was was born a fighter from the beginning. After having the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck, she came into this world through an emergency c-section. A miracle of medicine from day 1. At 16 years old, Grace received a heart transplant after a year in diagnosed heart failure. And there wasn't a single day since that Grace took for granted.
