So, I am reffing this past spring at Pace Academy and as I am backing out of the faceoff I get trucked by the LSM from Pace. As I am flying through the air my mind immediately goes to the video Gordon made which discussed how to take a hit and land properly. I started to think “gosh I hope Gordon would like the way I am hitting the ground”, with that my body thumps terra firma and I begin to smile knowing that Gordon would have approved.

Louie, I would like you, Mary Jo, Caitlin, and Lisa to know that it is our honor and privilege to contribute to "The Gordon Corsetti Mental Agility Foundation." Gordon is my hero.

I don't share this with many, but I also suffer from MDD for the past sixteen years. In fact, in early October of 2022, I was removed from my home for attempting harm to myself, placed in Stony Brook Psychiatric facility, and then sent off to South Oaks Psychiatric Hospital. But unlike Gordon, who made it his mission to help others, I chose to remain silent for sixteen years. I wish I had Gordon's courage and ability to be so engaging, like his dad, and share his experience. The content Gordon compiled and created on clinical depression and anxiety disorder is excellent. I am grateful he shared his information on his "Mental Agility" website. 
Please know that Gordon helped me more than all my group sessions at South Oaks. Seriously. And I am confident he helped and touched many others. You guys must be so proud of Gordon.
