In loving memory of our mother, Gloria “Susie”Hunter, who passed away on October 28, 2023. She was the devoted Wife of Brad Hunter, loving Mother of Jennifer and Brent McGee, and nurturing Grandmother to, Haley Welch, Austin Palmer, Soren and Albert McGee. Our mother was a kind, caring, fun and a giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with undeniable courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Growing up, “Susie” was always there for us, whether we needed help with our homework, a ride to the skating rink or just a shoulder to cry on. She was a woman of strong faith and she instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right—no matter what. Our mother was a true role model who we will always look up to.

The celebration of life will be held at Northside Baptist Church on Saturday November 18, 2023. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BackPack Beginnings.

Mother, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so very much. Rest in peace.
