I am sorry to learn of Gloria's passing. No one loved animals more than she did.

Aunt Gloria had a different pet EVERY TIME we visited. Once she had a baby skunk with the scent glands removed, a Doberman Pincer with freshly cropped ears that she used tampon applicators to help them stand up, a goat with HUGE horns that was tied up in the side yard, a beautiful long haired Persian cat, I remember an appaloosa (I think) horse that was drop dead gorgeous, man, how many animals? Lol. And the time Joy gave Dad a perm over at their house. Sitting in the kitchen at the picnic table and the faux brick walls. Listening to the record player waiting for the adults to quit talking! The gum wrapper chain in one of the girl’s rooms, probably Joy’s. The Duster that one of the twins crashed. Walking to the little store, fishing under the railroad bridge, that’s just scratching the surface! It was definitely an exciting day every time we visited.
