my love and condolences to the family. my mom, Ana Vilma, met Mama Gloria, both of Salvadoran roots, in the mid 70s. they would hang out a lot early on in the streets of San Francisco. Guy Jr and i would connect as children, from time to time, but we, ultimately, went our own ways.
we reconnected many years later inside City College of San Francisco, Second Chance Program. shortly afterwards, he was taken from us. that’s when i began to call her Mama Gloria. she was one of a kind. she kept it 100, as they say. i am gonna miss her. my love and regards to Guy Sr, Emmanuel, and the family.

Oh my beautiful Gloria dearest sister and friend…you are a big part of our family and your children who grew up with my children in the church!
We were inseparable and served the Lord together with my family for many many years.
You will be so greatly missed…the sunshine of our hearts…your love for Jesus and beautiful smile and joy and fun laughter was contagious to our lives. You will always be in my heart. My Sister Lisa put it beautifully said in her comments…I couldn’t have said it better.
My love, heart and prayers are with you Kimberly and Guy always and forever.

I hope heaven has the most chimichangas you could ever imagine , that music and dancing is constant and that you are finally at peace. So long for now and I’ll see you at the pearly gates (you may have to say a good word for me)! Love you, Sister Sandra
